MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)
INTRODUCTION
A private University specialising in distance learning education, offering a wide range of programmes. The University recognises the value of relevant experience, assessing individuals for eligibility to study programmes on the basis of their abilities and achievements.
PROGRAMME AIMS & OBJECTIVES
The principal aim of the course is to expose the practising manager to the current best practice as it relates to the disciplines outlined under the course structure. Its centre of gravity is the 'job of the management'. As such, it does not seek to produce experts in any of the fields studies. Rather, it seeks to ensure that the manager is equipped with the understanding of these disciplines required by an aspiring middle management" who needs a generalist overview of the profession of Management, As such it is suitable for both the general manager or for the specialist who seeks to move to a senior position requiring a more general overview of the general managerial functions.

COURSE STRUCTURE.
The course currently consists of six modules. In order to achieve a pass, a candidate must satisfy the examiners in each module of the course. The University reserves the right to vary the number and nature of the modules examined. The course is designed by the University's UK admission office and currently, it comprises of :
1. Organisational Behaviour.
2. Business Operations.
3. Managing People.
4. Marketing.
5. International Business
6. Strategic Management.
7. A Dissertation Topic.
COURSE DURATION.
The course is designed to be completed between twelve and twenty-two months by distance learning.
