INTRODUCTION.
The centre is a distance learning education centre, offering a wide range of different programmes. We recognise the value of relevant experience, assessing individuals for eligibility to study programmes on the basis of their abilities and achievements.

AWARDS.
General honours degrees are available in the Arts and Sciences, specialist degrees via the Business and Law degree. In addition, candidates applying for a bachelor's degree may request that an award considered for 'with Honours'status. On successful completion of the course, all graduates would receive a signed and sealed degree certificate.

THE COURSE OBJECTIVES.
The main objective of the Business programme is to supply an essential basis of theory and technique taken from the most outstanding modern management literature available and offer the student a comprehensive background of theory from the major areas of management concern, against which he can evaluate his experience and formulate improved approaches to his work as a manager.

DURATION OF COURSE.
The BBM programme is intended to be completed between 12 and 18 months of intensive distance learning.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.
To be eligible for admission for the programme, students has to satisfy one of the following.
1. One (1) Advance level or equivalent and four (4) GCE Ordinary Levels or equivalent, one of which must be English.
2. Applicants aged over 21 years, who do not satisfy the above may be registered at the discretion of the University, based on their working experience, along with the recommendations from their employer and the tutor.
Students who posses certificates; diplomas or advance diploma from. other educational institutes/professional bodies, may seek exemption from certain subjects/stages based on the individual qualifications. The exemptions are treated on a case to case basis and at the sole discretion of the Admissions Committee of the University.
